Jack is a retired real estate/title attorney with decades of experience in all facets of real estate, title and escrow closings, land use, community association, estate planning, and business law.

He has served as Director of Marketing for several law firms and title companies in the area, designed many websites and marketing campaigns, and managed highly acclaimed large-scale marketing events in Naples.
Jack also manages GEM Home Services, LLC, dedicated to helping investors turn their homes into passive income vacation rental properties. In addition to his Real Estate License, Jack maintains an Active Florida Title License and Community Association Property Management License and is a Licensed Florida Notary.
